Return Period
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Return Conditions
To initiate a return, please ensure that:
- The item is in its original packaging.
- The item is unused and undamaged.
- You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team at support@sopito.com to request a return.
- Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely, include the RA number, and ship it to the address provided.
- Track Your Return: Use the tracking number to monitor the return shipment.
Please note: For returns that are not due to product quality issues, the return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process outlined above. After we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Additional shipping fees may apply for exchanges.
